1. Processing Time
- In-stock items: Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days.
- Out-of-stock / backorder items: May take 3–5 weeks to ship, depending on supplier availability.
If your order contains both in-stock and backorder items, we may ship them together or separately based on your preference.
2. Shipping Methods
We offer the following shipping options:
- Canada Post
- Canpar
- Pickup from our warehouse
- Use your own carrier (customer-arranged pickup)
3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
- If using your own carrier, no shipping charges will apply at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
- Tracking is available only for delivery shipments (Canada Post or Canpar).
- Once your order has shipped, the tracking number will appear in your “My Account” section.
Please allow some time for the carrier to update the tracking status.
5. Delivery Issues
Security House is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or incorrect addresses provided during checkout.
